Silver Screen Film Festival Rules
Duration restrictions: Short films must be no longer than 40 minutes in length. Full-length films are expected to have a duration of over 40 minutes. It is necessary to comply with the established rules regarding the duration and genre of the submitted works.
Language requirements and translation: If the film is not shot in English, it must be accompanied by English subtitles that ensure clarity and understanding of the text. Content rights: The person applying for participation undertakes to have all the rights or permissions necessary to demonstrate their work. When submitting the material, the creator confirms the legality of all components of his work and the absence of violation of the rights of third parties.
Script language: Movie scripts must be written in English.
Changing the conditions of the festival: The organizers of the festival reserve the right to change the dates and times of the event, as well as the format, if it is deemed necessary. Selection of works: Not every submitted work will be selected for display as part of the official competition. The selection is made independently by the judging panel, and after the publication of the results, fees such as entrance and registration fees cannot be refunded or transferred.
Use of materials for advertising purposes: The organizers of the SILVER SCREEN FILM FESTIVAL have the right to use announcements, posters for films or excerpts from scripts for advertising purposes, without distributing the film itself or the full script.
